You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee, and we won't ask you why.
Two ways to cancel. Both take effect the same day.
1. Cancel online, instantly. Log in with the email you ordered with and press cancel. It takes effect straight away.
2. Email us. One line is enough. Just say you'd like to cancel.
What happens when you cancel
- All future payments stop immediately. It is a full cancellation, not a pause or a skipped cycle.
- You'll get a confirmation email straight away. If you don't see it, check your spam folder and then email us.
- Nothing further will appear on your statement from POWEREDBYHERCULES or HERCULES.
- You're welcome back any time, and there is often a reduced rate waiting if you return.
Don't recognise a charge?
If you see POWEREDBYHERCULES or HERCULES with our phone number on your statement, that's us. It's your monthly membership. If you'd rather not keep it, we'll cancel it straight away and there's nothing further to pay.

How do I cancel?

Will I be charged after cancelling?
No. Cancelling stops all future payments immediately. It is not a pause or a skipped cycle.
Can I rejoin later?
Yes, any time, and you'll often be offered a reduced rate when you come back.
Do I need the membership to order?
